The XF25 LPG is rated at 2,500 kg at a 500 mm load centre. That covers the majority of pallet, drum, and crate loads in warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing environments. For loads with a longer load centre, the effective capacity reduces — refer to the load chart on the machine or contact us and we can walk you through it.

LPG forklifts are widely used in partially enclosed environments with adequate ventilation — loading docks, large warehouses, factory floors, and outdoor yards. They produce fewer particulate emissions than diesel, making them a cleaner choice in areas where people are working nearby. The XF25 LPG is available in duplex and triplex mast configurations ranging from 2,700 mm to 6,000 mm lift height. The standard unit we hire has a triplex mast with 4,700 mm lift height. If you need a specific stack height, contact us and we'll confirm what's available.

Sideshift is available — either as standard equipment or as an optional add-on depending on the variant. Contact us when booking and we can confirm whether sideshift is fitted to the available unit.

The XF25 LPG runs 7.00-12 front and 6.00-9 rear pneumatic tyres as standard, which makes it suitable for both smooth warehouse floors and firm outdoor surfaces such as concrete yards and compacted gravel. Solid and non-marking tyre variants are available — ask us if you need a specific option for your application.

To operate a forklift in Australia you must hold a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) with a Forklift Truck (LF) class endorsement, issued under the relevant state Work Health and Safety authority. In Victoria this is issued by WorkSafe Victoria. The licence must be carried on-site and presented on request. Operators must be trained and assessed by a registered training organisation. The minimum turning radius is 2,180 mm (to the outer front tyre). This is a genuinely compact radius for a 2.5-tonne machine, making it well-suited to standard warehouse aisle widths. For reference, a 3,000 mm wide aisle is generally workable with this machine.

Yes. The pneumatic tyre specification and sealed waterproof electrical connectors make the XF25 well-suited to outdoor yards, loading docks, and construction sites with firm, compacted ground. It is not designed for soft ground, mud, or rough terrain — if that's your application, speak to us about rough terrain forklift options.

LPG cylinders are widely available through industrial gas suppliers across Geelong and the surrounding region. The XF25 uses a standard forklift LPG cylinder and the swap-and-go process is quick.
