About the LGMG H625E
The LGMG H625E is a full-function battery-electric telehandler — one of the few machines in this class that combines telehandler reach and versatility with zero tailpipe emissions. It is built for warehouses, distribution centres, cold stores, enclosed factories, and any site where a diesel engine is either prohibited or undesirable.
With a 2,500 kg rated capacity and 5.94m maximum reach, the H625E handles the full range of everyday material placement tasks. The 80V Lithium-Ion battery is fully swappable — a flat battery is replaced in minutes, keeping the machine productive across extended shifts without downtime for charging.
Electric Drive & Battery System
The H625E runs a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) for the lifting hydraulics — a design that delivers precise, consistent hydraulic control regardless of battery state and significantly reduces energy consumption compared to conventional electric motor layouts. The 80V swappable Li-ion battery pack provides a full day's run time in standard operating conditions, and the battery management system monitors cell health and state of charge in real time.
Zero exhaust emissions make the H625E fully suitable for fully enclosed environments — cold stores, food processing, pharmaceutical warehousing, and indoor logistics operations that would require costly ventilation upgrades for a diesel or LPG machine.
Steering & Manoeuvrability
Three steering modes are standard:
- Two-wheel steer — standard road/yard mode
- Four-wheel steer — tighter turning radius for constrained site access
- Crab steer — lateral movement for precise load placement and narrow aisle operation
The combination of four-wheel steer and crab steer makes the H625E significantly more manoeuvrable in enclosed buildings and tight yards than a conventional telehandler of equivalent reach.
Operator Safety
The cab is built to FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) standards. The cab layout is ergonomic with good all-round visibility and an intuitive control layout. A Load Management System is available to monitor and limit operating loads at extended reach.
